It is one of the modern combined cycle power plant with 200MW capacity. It comprises of PLC based HFO operated 185MW WARTSILA engine stets. 15MW steam turbine and 132KV grid station. It also comprises of waste heat recoverysystem with water tube boiler (Aalborg) having capacity 8 tons/hour each.

 Experience in Maintenance (Preventive and corrective). Work on Overhauling of Induction motor, replace bearing and IR Test (Magger Test) of winding.

 Work on ABB 21.345MVA Alternator, IR test of stator, Rotor, exciter generator and PMG stator and work during inspection of partial discharge and corona discharge fault on stator winding

 Maintenance of VFDs of cooling tower fans’ Motors 25KW

 Experience of working on Instruments like Fuel Changeover Valve actuator, Lube oil valve actuator and IP positioner, Pressure Transmitter, Temperature sensor (Thermocouple and RTD) and level switch

 Maintenance of Tube Light (58W) of whole plant replacing with LED tube light (19W)

 Experience of taking the sample of Transformer Oil for test during ON load of power Transformer and Auxiliary transformer

 Understand the chemistry of plant, starting conditions and specification of Alternator, Engine and Power Transformer
