SK Hydro (Private) Limited is owned by China Gezhouba Group Overseas Investment Company Limited, China Gezhouba Group International Engineering Company Limited and Haseeb Khan (Private) Limited.
SK Hydro is developing 884 MW Suki Kinari Hydropower project which is one of the largest private sector hydropower initiatives in Pakistan. It is one of earliest harvest China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Project being developed in Kaghan Valley on the river Kunhar.
