• Assisting in processing and disbursement of monthly salary and tax.
• Ensuring all new hires staff information incorporated in the System prior to initiating the process of disbursement of
monthly salary
• Preparation of salaries i.e. New Inductees, Leavers on prorate basis & collect and process all incentives, allowances
and deductions to employees with their monthly salary also prepare and Maintain of all Payroll related MIS
• Responsible for review, scrutinize and handling request for Tax adjustment / credits as per SOP
For further approval from CFO/ Head of Taxation
• Updating of tax record relating to income ‘Tax Rebate’ on System for correct adjustment of tax amount and further
liaison with employees for submission of appropriate documents for record keeping also maintain MIS for audit
purpose.
• Provide information regarding tax & payroll related queries by answering questions & requests.
• Coordinate with concern people for transfer/posting and re-designation issues after securing approvals from all
concerned as per approved policy & SOP and ensure recording the same in HR ‘System’.
• Maintenance and preparation of MIS and reports (monthly, quarterly & yearly) for management’s review as and
when required.
