Raja Group of Companies [RGC] established in United Arab Emirates in 2004. It has developed a wide range of Trading & Rental Services, Goods Forwarding by Land (within GCC Countries) and Repair & Maintenance of Heavy Equipment.

Major Responsibilities:
• I am responsible of all marketing and operations activities. We have more than 100 heavy construction machinery. I am responsible for their marketing, maintainess, rent out the machinery and proper delivery of machinery at site.
• I am successfully full fill the monthly and annual targets.
• I have successfully pointed out my company weaknesses to strengthen its existence and for better positioning in front of competitors by effectively introducing it in different target segments.
• To infuse accuracy in upcoming marketing campaigns, I successfully conducted surveys for existing and new machinery to understand different segments and trends of target market. One essential part of my surveys is also to study, analyse advertisement campaigns, presence and plans of competitors.
• Successfully developed a calendar of activities for our existing customers which helped us to generate their loyalties towards our services and also assisted us to generate positive word of mouth which eventually facilitated us to attract target clients for more admissions.
• One of my successes is to develop “Business Development Department” where I target different construction companies, contracting companies and transport companies to strengthen backward integration. To get maximum millage, I hired and trained field force to conduct meetings and relations developing activities in different constructions companies and contracting companies of different cities. Now this department is helping different wings (disciplines) of group to get new admissions.

Al Rajhi Advanced Construction is one of the leading construction company in KSA. Currently, we are working on the King Shah Abdullah Project” Immigrants Housing Project”. In this Project, we are constructing a Housing Colony. In which, we are constructing 1250 Villa’s including all road work, three mosques, three high Schools, Parks, Play grounds etc. More than 5000 employees are working on this project. I am working as “Procurement and Logistic Officer”. My responsibilities are mentioned below:

Major Responsibilities:
• For the construction purpose, we need a lot of heavy machinery (Equipment’s). I am responsible for hiring of all type of equipment’s such as Shovel, Crain, Excavator, Bob cat, Boom Loader etc. I coordinate and negotiate with all local suppliers to make possible availability of equipment’s.
• Using E-Promise software for the management of all processes.
• I am controlling a very big team which consists of 400 persons. It includes staff, drivers, operators, time keeper and others.
• A lot of local purchase Such as stationary, Camp items, building materials etc. have been made on the project. I am also responsible for the local purchase. For this purpose, I have to coordinate with local suppliers to manage the cash purchases and control the unnecessary purchases with coordination of store.
• I coordinate with Procurement Department for preparation and implementation of daily procurement schedules as per site requirement.
• In charge of the day to day operations of the transport department.
• Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles.
• Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures.

Acted is a multinational NGO (Non-Government Organization). Currently it is working in more than 56 countries. I was working on UN related projects such as FAO funded project and WFP funded project.

Major Responsibilities:
• Procuring of Commodities and Supplies needed for implementation of programs.
• Delivery of Commodities/construction materials to the field.
• Providing transportation to operational and administrative staff.
• Manage the vehicle park.
• Management of storage and distribution of commodities.
• Provision of asset and other services required for implementation of the programs.
• Inventorization and maintenance of assets and stocks.

Huawei is the multinational company which works in more than 100 countries of the world. Huawei is the vendor in telecommunication sector. It works from the manufacturing of the telecommunication equipment’s (towers and related material) to the installation of towers.

Major Responsibilities:
• Procurement of different telecommunication equipment’s such as Towers, Generators and other electronic equipment’s.
• Using ERP software for the management of all processes.
• For delivery of required material to the sites, I have to make different contracts with service provider suppliers.
• Controlling the Inventory management.
• Efficiently managing a team of drivers and vehicles.
