Section Chilled Water Plant
Planning and executing the daily, monthly and yearly preventive maintenance (PM) schedule of the plant and giving operational instructions to the technicians according the requirements.
Conducting simulation of chiller units, vacuum circuit breakers (VCB), CHP & CNP pumps, CTF and other electromechanical devices before their regular operation.
Preparing material request (MR) for required electrical, electronic and mechanical components & devices according to their design specifications.
Handling major technical issues in trip conditions of chiller units, CHP & CNP pumps and CTF.
Daily job report writing.

Section Petroleum Oil & Lubrication (POL) Plant
Troubleshooting & fixing problems occurring in receiving pump motors, filter separators, air eliminator, flow element mounted in Power Pump House (PPHP) plant which is responsible to receive diesel from a 37000 litters capacity oil tanker and send it to 9 Bulk Storage Tanks (BST).
Analysing the critical issues occurring in Central Control Room Panel (CCRP) which is responsible to receive diesel from BST and send it to turbine units.
Checking Industrial Pump House Panel (IPHP) and its inside Air Operated Valves (AOV), control breakers performance which is associated with diesel & gasoline pumps.
Observing dynamic changes in control equipment of Central Control Room Industrial (CCRI) plant and fixing errors which are causing fuel overflow in BST tanks and shut down of motors.
Preparing daily job report, material request (MR) and preventive maintenance (PM) schedule.

Dealing with In house and outside hotel customers. Listening in house hotel guests queries and resolving them accordingly. Doing front office tasks.
