• Conducting daily Scrum/Stand-up Meetings, Sprint Planning activities, Sprint Review meetings and retrospective activities.• Removing impediments during sprint execution for timely delivery.• Supporting product owner on grooming and maintaining product backlog, facilitating Scrum team by ensuring scrum framework is followed & helping the development team to create high value product.• Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project.• Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.

▪ Coordinating with all team leads to get the latest updates on every single project going on and keep a keen eye on the workload of each team and assign projects and tasks accordingly
▪ Documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making summary reports that will be presented to the organization’s PMO.
▪ Communicating with the clients to relay their concerns to the team and vice versa
▪ Coordination with the managers of E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Interpreter,
Customer support, B2B and logistics.
▪ Design a schedule for ongoing and incoming projects & report to management about the
current workflow, and communicate any possible issues with too much, or too little, work coming into the agency.
