• Designing of Project Implementation Plans
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders and Liaise with project stakeholders’ ongoing basis
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel

• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
