ï‚· Design review of 10 subprojects of Flood Bunds to be remodeled and constructed in different locations of Punjab province.
ï‚· Detailed Quantitative Analysis of all the subprojects and Detailed Rate Analysis of different Non Scheduled Items including Sheet Piles.
 Preparing PC-1s, Detailed Engineer’s Estimates, Bidding Documents, Bid Evaluation Reports and Contract Documents of all 10 sub projects namely:

ï‚· Developing X-Sections and L-Section of all the sub projects based on the baseline survey data.
ï‚· Regular site visits on different locations for inspection,final bill verification and post review of different critical and inescapable works completed.
ï‚· Making Inception Report, Monthly Progress Reports and Quarterly Progress Reports (QPR) on regular basis.
ï‚· Carry out calculations for seepage and exit gradient analysis required in the design review reports.

ï‚· Updating Work Plans of all sub projects fortnightly on PCU website as per prescribed format.
ï‚· Monitoring and Evaluation of all sub projects with respect to baseline schedules and cash flow plans.
ï‚· Plotting S-Curves and updating them on regular basis.
ï‚· Updating Work Schedules of all subprojects and linking them with Cash Flows on regular basis.
ï‚· Giving Weekly/ Monthly Presentations on the Physical and Financial Progress of Works of all the sub-projects to the Project Implementation Unit and to the missions of Asian Development Bank.
ï‚· Structural Design of Retaining Wall to be constructed at Muzaffargarh Flood Bund.
ï‚· Structural Design of 9 No. Single Barrel and 1 No. Double Barrel Box Culverts to be constructed at Jhelum Flood Bund.
ï‚· Making Appropriation Requests and Variation Orders of all the subprojects with respect to the additional works needed to be carried out.
 Making Revised PC-1s and Revised Engineer’s Estimates of Marala and Muzaffargarh Sub Projects.
Site Office (Qadirabad) – (01-07-2017 to 23-12-2018)
ï‚· Regular Site Visits as a Site Engineer of LMB of Qadirabad.
ï‚· Inspection of various activities being conducted at LMB of Qadirabad Barrage including: Supervising Joint Survey, Clearing and Grubbing, Setting Out, Earthwork/ Excavation etc.
ï‚· Managed daily activities of construction projects and ensure successful completion of project, analyzed project needs, conformed to IPC, bar bending schedule, proposal submitting by Contractor, and recommended appropriate level of planning, scheduling and control of labors & equipment.
ï‚· Monitoring Compaction Test, Density Test and Moisture Content Test etc. and keeping record of the tests of all the layers of Earth.
ï‚· Conferring with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
ï‚· Ensuring that all the works i.e. Earthwork, Shingle and RD Marks are carried out as per specifications and as per construction drawings issued.
ï‚· Making and verifying IPCs of Qadirabad subproject.
ï‚· Completing the Project and Submitting Final IPC with Punch List.
Defects Liability Period - Project Office (Lahore) – (24-12-2018 to 30-11-2019)
ï‚· Working on all the deliverables required to be submitted to the Client in th Terminal Evaluation Phase.
 Making PC-IVs and Consultant’s Project Completion Reports of all the 10 sub projects.
ï‚· Verification the final IPCs of all sub projects for releasing of Retention Money.
ï‚· Regular Site Visits to Qadirabad, Marala, Shujabad, Muzaffargarh, Sarai Alamgir, Jhelum, Jhang and Taunsa to ensure that there is no problem in the performance of the newly constructed bunds.
ï‚· Ensuring that all the defects mentioned in the punch lists have been rectified.
ï‚· Issuing Defect Notifications and promptly highlighting any defects that have been caused to the Project Manager and assuring that the defects get rectified in the prescribed time.
 Preparing Final Completion Report of the overall project as per ADB’s format.

ï‚· Working on Bidding Documents of Road Networks, Water Supply System and Structures, Bridges, Culverts and other Miscellaneous works for Composite Model Village and Project Colony to be constructed as preliminary works of Diamer Basha Dam.
ï‚· Preliminary, Technical, Post Qualification and Financial Evaluation of Bids for various contract packages.
 Estimating Quantities for BOQ’s in all the above mentioned bidding documents.
ï‚· Making Engineering cost estimates for the contract packages.
ï‚· Responding to the different claims of the contractors.
ï‚· Working on the design of sewerage system Using Bentley Sewer CAD software.
ï‚· Working on the design of water supply system using Epanet software.
ï‚· Working on Alignments and Plans and Profiles of Road Networks and Water Supply Systems using Eagle Point Software.

ï‚· Inspection of various activities being conducted including: Layout, Levels, Formwork, Reinforcement (Steel Fixing), Pouring of concrete, Finishing (Plaster, Block masonry, Tiles, Ceiling etc.) .
ï‚· Managed daily activities of construction projects and ensure successful completion of project, analyzed project needs, conformed to IPC, bar bending schedule, proposal submitting by Contractor, and recommended appropriate level of planning, scheduling and control of labors & equipment.
ï‚· Estimating Quantities of Steel and Concrete, and Planning of activities on site.

ï‚· Planned and supervised activities of construction project consisting of permanent residential colony (113 houses, dispensary, Masjid, primary school and market) and supervision of retaining walls (switch yard, earthwork and switch yard), road works, tunnel works and breast walls.
