Role in general: Managing all training and development activities, HR operations activates, employee relations, employee budgeting, and unit performance challenges.
Training & Development:
· Enabling the company to have a one-window view on training investments. Manage the training costs to meet budget requirements.
· Continuously source and implement effective training evaluation methods that focus on ROI.
· Identify and assess training needs through job analysis, help and assist employees to deliver in house training programs for personal learning & development.
· Implementing-e-training modules to ensure employee continuous learning through self-development process.
· Formulate policies, procedures for employee evaluation, training, development & succession.
Employee Relations:
· Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. By conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
· Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
· Advise and trains managers/supervisors for best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances.
· Employee lifetime value and trend analysis.
· Planning and implementation of employee engagement activities.
HR Business Partnering:
· Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies for Imtiaz Stores.
· Analyze the data necessary to define and find out the cost of policy implications.
· Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
· Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
· Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
· Provide Proposals for pay scales, wages, benefits, working conditions, and other mitigating circumstances.
· Using surveys, interviews, to research human resource policies compensation and other employment issues. After analyzing the information, makes recommendations on changes.
· Development and execution of performance appraisal plan.
