概要

Having experience of more than twelve years in most renowned organizations at national and international level i.e. AKRSP, SRSP Adam Smith International have aided me in diversifying my skill set and acclimatizing work ethic. I Started my professional career as an ME Officer in Jafakash Aurat Project with AKRSP funded by Ministry of Women Development (MoWD) that aimed at socio economic uplift of rural women. After spending a little more than three years with the project I got adjusted in a research project as Data Management Officer in the same organization executed by AKF Pakistan with financial assistance from Research and Advocacy Fund (RAF) England. This was a cross sectional study aimed at analyzing the enabling role of community based saving groups, CBSGs (formed in the remote localities under support and guidance from AKRSP) in utilization of trained midwife services deployed in the same area under MNCH program by Aga khan health services AKHSP. After completion of the research project I got hired by SRSP as Planning Monitoring Evaluation and Research Officer in EU funded Program for Economic Advancement and Community Empowerment (PEACE). I served in the project till it ended in Dec 2017 after that I was retained as a consultant for about a month when I was appointed as District Executive in DFID funded Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Support Program KESP II after going through extensive recruitment procedures starting in January 2018 which concluded by late February 2018 and I got selected for district Chitral. Being a part of such dynamic and well reputed team of ASI added a great deal in diversifying my skills in policy advocacy, data handling techniques and use of web portals/dashboards and android applications. This project also gave me a good chance to engage with all the major stakeholders and key players in the education sector at regional and provincial level apart from having a good exposure of systems and procedures in the public sector. On 30th June 2020 the partnership between SRSP and Adam smith International ended and we were not retained as the project underwent no cost extension. In September 2021 costed extension was granted by FCDO when I was rehired and got transfered to district Buner under the same project where I served in the same cpacity till end of the project in April 2022.
