I have very strong analytical thinking abilities. I have a special quality of performing extremely well in high pressure conditions. People tend to look towards me in pressure situations for a solution. I am well organized and know how to manage the work while maintaining proper timeline. I have learned and exercised successfully the ability of relationship management and develop the detailed recruitment strategy for the Company as a whole, to establish it as an “Employer of choice” as well as develop SOP’s to facilitate & manage the year-round training & development programs and to direct the employee relations function by implementing set policies & procedures applicable to all employee relations issues. I am flexible and always willing to go beyond the traditional work timings and responsibility limits. I can handle all kind of work if it is required for better functioning of the organization even if it does not come directly under my responsibilities.I have exercised to implementation of HR Strategies and policies to all the employees whatever the designation is.I have also worked on the betterment of employee's health.
