I worked for Ufone since february 2011 till March 2017.There I worked in different Departments during my job with Ufone.First Of All I was hired for call centre there i took calls and my work Responsibilities were taking Inbound Calls,Answer the Queries of Customers,To Solve every Problem of Customers,Try to give them first call Resolution,Checking Emails on Daily Basis and Update From any new Offer or Package Through Inbox and Other Sources,Attend Shift Meetings on DAily Basis Before Starting Shift and After the Shift End,Making Presentation and Giving Presentation Infront of all Staff and Upper Management.
