Looking for challenging job in the field of Accounting, Environment, Project, Communication, Representative, Humanitarian response in natural and man mad disaster/rehabilitation Work, where I could utilize my professional/filed skills and to help suffering people. I am a young individual and like the challenging jobs to accomplish with excellence by leading/working an efficient teamwork even in a high-pressure environment. • Generating various MIS & manual requisitions as per need like, Cash Advance, Office supply, Travel authorization, Payment order, Good Receiving Note (GRN) and budget form for field visits to districts. • Keeping record of all the financial and administrative matters • Communicating districts about sharing timely receiving’s of ongoing projects and also compiling hard & soft copies of receiving’s as internal record of organization and for any time donor requirement. • Processing adjustments of Field Visits, Exposure visits, Workshops and Meetings after completing activity • Generating close-coordination with different vendors about assuring quality goods/products such as Health equipment, Medicines, School furniture and other consumable & capital items. • Preparing schedule and internal requests for accommodation and logistics of visiting mission/delegation • Maintaining an adequate inventory of office supplies including tagging on delivered capital items to districts • Preparing schedule of meetings and workshops etc. • Maintaining & updating lists of the Stakeholders (of ongoing Projects, Community members, Politicians or Scholars etc.) • Providing staff facilitation such as Stationary, arrangement of vehicle for staff field visits and supporting in other routine tasks • Any other task assigned by the project staff
