The core responsibilities that are assigned in performing my duties as listed below:  
• Preparation of project management documents including Project Kick-Off, Data Migration Strategy, System Requirement Document, UAT Scripts, Go-Live Strategy. 
• Financial set-up including set-up of chart of accounts, product costing, subsidiary accounting, branch accounting, overhead accounting, fixed assets management etc. 
• Solution designing and driving international clients to implement best practices in its operation. 
• Conducting trainings on ERP modules including Finance, WHM, Project Management, Procurement, Production, Sales.

The responsibilities that were assigned in executing the duties of Execution Head are summarized below:
• Reporting on Budgets, Cashflows and Profit & Loss Account to Direct Finance. 
• Submission of reports on budgeting and costing on projects.
• Submission of monthly sales tax working, income tax workings to Head Office.
• Heading internal and external meetings with ERP clients. 
• Financial setup of ERP including: setup of chart of accounts, branch accounting, product costing, fixed assets management, payroll accounting, subsidiary accounting etc. 
• Product development as per IFRS and Pakistan Laws.

I was assigned with a task to complete the syllabus along with detailed practice sessions for ICAP Past Papers for following subjects of CA;
✓ CAF-2 – Introduction to Economics & Finance;
✓ CAF-5 – Financial Accounting & Reporting - I;
✓ CAF 6 – Principles of Taxation.

I was given with a responsibility to complete the syllabus on fast track bases to students of ACCA & CA for following subjects;
✓ MA2 – Managing Costs & Finances;
✓ F2 – Management Accounting;
✓ CAF 8 – Cost & Management Accounting. 

During my mandatory article ship, I was given with following tasks and responsibilities at different private, public and non-profit organization clients.


 Leading audit teams through planning, execution and conclusion of assurance engagements;
 Engagement and client relationship management;
 Advising management on accounting and related technical matters;
 Accounting services including assistance to client in the preparation of financial statements;
 Reviewing working papers and reporting to engagement manager and partner;
 Co-ordination with professionals of various fields like legal, actuarial and IT experts;
 Working for resolution of critical matters;
 Ensuring that the financial statements comply with all the applicable requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local laws.
