Support all interfaces at Head Office and Project Sites for safe execution of routine and none routine activities by providing them necessary trainings on safe work practices & standards. The brief detail of responsibilities is given below:
- Identify and anticipate safety and health related concerns/hazards by surveying environmental, operational and occupational conditions and render opinions on new procedures and recommend preventative programs.
-Develop safety campaigns, safety systems, policies, and procedures, and train management, employees and workers on these rules and safe work practices.
-Conduct safety inspections and investigate violations to ensure safety procedures are being followed and counsel managers and employees accordingly.
-Maintain worker training schedules and complete all required regulatory documentation.
- Develop and implement effective safety programs and ensure its communication down the line through on-site safety training programs.
-Monitoring facilities and processes for adherence to OSHA guidelines through inspections/audits and recommending corrective measures.
- Ensure alignment of organization's policies with local/international standards.
- Develop policies, methods/procedures to ensure worker safety and health, either in-built or as additional control measures.
-Provide HSE Leading Indicators reports to the Top Management and report any short fall to the appropriate authority with proper justification and recommendations.
-Ensure accident-reporting system is in operation and used effectively. Investigate all incidents including near misses and establish cause and corrective action to avoid further recurrence.
-Maintain accurate safety statistics of accidents, Incidents and near misses. Review and upgrade standards and procedure in the work environments focusing on continue improvements to eliminate and prevent injury.
-Involving in Accident Investigation team, Handling Emergency, JHAs and site HSE Meetings. etc.

 Ensure compliance with state and local regulatory affairs through comprehensive inspection & vigilance system at plant.
 Establish & Implement Health, Safety & Environment Management & Hygiene program at plant and remote locations in line with the Corporate Strategy.
 Conduct hazard analysis, and make recommendation to develop policies and measures to reduce or eliminate food safety, safety incidents / accidents to products, people and assets.
 Conduct HSE surveys regarding Noise Level, Light Intensity at workplaces.
 Conduct weekly Hygiene Audits of the site to ensure effectiveness of PRPs/OPRPs.
 Establish Emergency Response Program for the site and test it on defined frequency to ensure firefighting capabilities of the site.
 Conduct water, emission testing from external labs and share reports with EPA.
 Implementation of Management Safety Audits program of facilities, equipment, and work processes to identify any Food Safety / environment / occupational health issues.
 Arrange / conduct training programs on IMS Standards, Food Safety, Hygiene, firefighting, Emergency response, work permit systems, Management Safety audits etc.
 Arrange HSE Coordination and Mass communication meetings of Management, staff and contractors workforce on regular basis. Maintain & analyze the meetings data for continuous improvement in site HSE Program.
 Maintain TRIR (Total Recordable Injury Rate), Incident Reports and HSE Data up to date for calculation of site Leading Indicators.
 Responsible for Incident Analysis & MSA Analysis and present in Corporate HSE & Management Review Meetings.

 Ensure compliance with state and local regulatory affairs through comprehensive inspection & vigilance system at plant.
 Establish Level 1 & Level 2 documentation of Personal Safety & Process Safety Management (PSM/PSRM) elements for DuPont Alignment
 Plan, monitor and implement annual HSE programs in line with Corporate Strategy
 Implementing & audit requirements of IMS Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, BRC, IFS, SQF, Halal & HACCP) requirements at plant and field offices.
 Conduct hazard analysis, and make recommendation to develop policies and measures to reduce or eliminate food safety, safety incidents / accidents to products, people and assets.
 Being a part of EEAP Internal Audit team, conduct internal audits to check the compliance of IMS standards.
 As a part of Cross Functional Team, responsible to review the changes in ISM system and suggest improvements where required.
 Responsible to conduct Noise Level, Light Intensity at workplaces and Dust Monitoring (particulate matters).
 Conduct water, emission testing from external labs and share reports with EPA.
 Conducts regular Management Safety Audits of facilities, equipment, and work processes to identify any Food Safety / environment / occupational health issues.
 Provides professional nursing services and first aid to employees through dispensary at manufacturing site, who become ill or injured at the workplace.
 Arrange / conduct training programs on ISM Standards, Food Safety, Hygiene, firefighting, Emergency response, work permit systems, Management Safety audits etc.
 Receive and compile data of D-level, MSA, PSSR, SOC Coordination meetings and Mass communication meetings etc.
 Compile recommendations of above mentioned & their follow up for closure.
 Maintain TRIR (Total Recordable Injury Rate),PIR and PIRR up to date record.
 Responsible for Incident Analysis & MSA Analysis and present in Corporate HSE & Management Review Meetings.
 Conduct

Overall Supervision of Raw Milk Reception, Quality Control, Micro Lab & Finished product sampling sections, Reporting of Non-conformities, Conduct Market Visits to check customer complaints, Verify Customer Claims / Complaints, Cross checking, Implementation of GLP, conduct Trials for continuous improvement, Packaging Materials development, Working as QMR for ISO 9001:2008, HACCP and Hilal documentations, Training to PDL staff on Hygiene, Food Safety, ISO 9000 and sanitation.
