Logistic Assistant
1.Facilitate District Training Coordinator in ensuring effective management, implementation of all training sessions as the per work plan
2. Ensure arrangements for training in their assigned training venues/trainers team Arrive at the training venue well-before the training workshop to ensure pre-training arrangements
3. Required to organize the training session in respective venues allocated within a specified time.
4. To take attendance of participants on the regular basis and maintain its record Ensure availability of lunch and tea arrangements for the training of PrOs and Sr. APOs
5. Arrange refreshment for Assistant Presiding Officers and Polling Officers in orientation workshops
6. To take good care of sample ballot paper, voting screen and ballot boxes for polling simulation exercises during all training Session and orientations
7. Ensure the quality assurance of food and its timely delivery to the training venues
8. Collect, compile and produce training updates/reports of each training, orientation session on the specified formats and submitting the report to DTC Conduct needs assessments, quantitative/qualitative feedback on the impact of training
9.Coordination with Election Commission Office Kohistan and to undertake other duties as assigned.
Environmentalist
1. Implementation of Environmental Management plan according to the approved CEAP document.
2. Monitoring of Field activities according to World Bank, EMP guide lines and Environmental Code of Practices at all sites of tower locations.
3. Daily Safety & Environment inspections of construction activities on 132KV Transmission Line.
4. Daily Tool Box Talks and trainings to workforce regarding Traffic Management, safe working procedure, use of PPE’s, Control Blasting’s, Spoil Material Management and Dust control etc.
5. Monitoring progress of environmental improvements and address the problems and develop environmental solutions to prevent damages.
6. Prepare, review, and update environmental investigation and recommendation reports.
7. Record documentations and Drafting Monthly/quarterly Environmental Monitoring Reports & schedules.
Social & Resettlement Inspector
1. Dasu Hydropower Project, Household level Socio-Economic Survey for 132KV Transmission Line affectees (Inventory and Census)
2. Social Impact Assessment (SIA) Reports Drafting and Data analysis.
3. Consultation with affected communities for identification of Resettlement site
4. Finalization of Resettlement sites with the consultation of affected community
5. Sharing of Master plan with the community for their opinion and suggestions
6. Resettlement Site Development for affectees through basic facilities i.e. Roads, Drinking Water Supply, Electricity, sewerage, Mosque and plot for graveyard and division of plots on the basis of existing plot size for affectees
7. Collection of TNA, Bank Accounts and Job seekers data from affected village during consultation for livelihood development and restoration.
8. Consultation with affected community of Dasu Hydropower Project for Conflict Resolution Management (CRM) on KKH-01 & RAR-01
