• Responsible for traveling to sites for preventive maintenance allocated in geographical area maintained by PTCL
• Implement the EHS and quality management industry standers. Strictly comply with AC and DC power standers to ensure health and safety of staff, and smooth working of electrical end elctronic equipment.
• Database management for all network nodes and spare equipment related to respective domain. Also ensure that a stock of electrical spares is maintained at startegic locations.
• Monitor cable route patrolling activities. Having GIS know how for route and equipment mapping

• Monitor MBU performance and activities.
• To assign tasks to the teams and get them implemented as per management requirements/projects.
• Operation & maintenance of BTS sites (Micro & Macro) and RF repeaters
• Responsible for operational KPIs of BTS sites and RF repeaters
• Responsible for the DC & AC power equipment maintenance. It includes rectifiers, DGs, ATS, LCs and UPS.
• Close coordination with Sales MBU team for resolution of customer complaints
• Participation in day to day activities, PM and CM (Telco/Non Telco part) of network in respective MBU
• Coordination with other departments (NOC, RF, Planning, Logistics, Deployment, Ware House etc.) for resolution of issues
• Monitoring and control of fuel budget according to the monthly target through sites audits and analysis
• Timely updates of outages to Management/NOC
• Close coordination with Other Mobile Operators (OMO) & Vendor for resolution of OMO site issues.
• Monitoring new roll out sites and ensuring their up to the standard HOTO in MBU
• Perform auditing and quality checking for BSS/TXN/Power part of the network.
• Coordination with regional RF and commercial teams for issues resolutions of sites installed at premises of corporate client.
• Ensure timely repair of non-telco equipment (UPS, ATS, Rectifiers Aircons, DGs) for smooth operations.
Major Responsibilities
