MEP Engineer – Design and Estimation
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, Coordination Drawings
Prepare cooling, heating and ventilation load estimation reports
Prepare BOQs and cost estimations
MEP Project Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise resources and MEP activities in different projects simultaneously. Also, conduct regular meetings with consultants and clients, appraise them of project progress and address their observations
Review all submissions by technical office (BOQs, HVAC Load Estimations, Drawings, budget) and select and manage sub-contractors and assign teams for each of the ongoing projects (HRM)
Conduct initial design studies to address specific design challenges and development of design solutions; Production of contract documents, BOQs, cost estimation and project feasibility; Coordination drawings, bid tenders and confer with the consultants and clients
Site Engineer – Mechanical
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure site works conformance to project specifications, approved drawings and international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA and NFPA). Also, ensure that company’s mechanical quality & safety assurance, HSE policies are followed at site
Manage petty cash/resources at site, track progress and report directly to the manager.
Manage and supervise my team on site, Follow up with Consultant and other contractor.
Responsible for preparing as-built drawings and inspection of jobs done by technical teams at site
Graduate Engineering Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
Design the 3D CAD Models for different parts and assemblies
Run simulations of CAD models of different mechanical parts
Generate CNC codes for mechanical parts thus approved for fabrication
