• Participate in daily basis production planning with Assistant Managers.
• Coordinate with maintenance, electrical, instrument and safety departments during routine plant shut downs for smooth and steady work.
• Conducting monthly inspection of safety equipment like fire extinguishers, fire hydrants and other personal protective equipment etc.
• Prepare and discuss regarding non-conforming reports with process team for quick solutions.
• Keep liaison with QC lab time to time for optimum quality of products with minimum variation and wastage.
• Look after the overall performance of filling machines and record their output flows and parameters on hourly basis.
• Complying with all the required reporting, documentation & regulatory protocols as per company requirements and SOPs.
• CCP (critical control point) & OPRP (operational pre-requisite plan) verification before each production startups.
• Coordinate with R&D team for product trials/developments during UHT pre-processing,
verification of documents and revisions as per requirements.
• Ensure the CIP process of all equipment.
• Ensure compliance and review of production KPI’s on monthly basis.

• To supervise the activity of manual salts filling and documentation.
• To perform the activity of Pale filling with verifies the labels, weight and sealing.
• To perform the activity of Assembling of product salts.
• To prepare the batches according to given batch sizes and recipes.

• Lead the operation of Emulsion 2000 & 8000 system.
• Lead the operation of Extraction process.
• To operate the PLC and DCS systems.
• To do the CIPs of Emulsion tanks and filling station.
• Responsible for Local Document Control. Developing the Local Quality Systems documents (SOPs) in alignment with international requirements.
• Complying with all the required reporting, documentation & regulatory protocols as per PepsiCo/local requirements.
• Organizing and control the timely calibration and maintenance of equipment and the purchasing of supplies, reagents and media.
• Ensuring that all quality parameters are met by Production function through guidance /support
• Providing Food Safety / Quality related Trainings.
• CCP and OPRP verification
• CCP corrective action checking in case of breach.
• Conducting Monthly Food safety Inspections as per AIB requirements
• Conducting CIP / Sanitization Validations as per Corporate SOP.
• GCS Audit sampling Preparation.
• Shelf Life Extensions of Raw & packaging materials (AFU).
• NCRs reporting and their follow up.

• Supervise raw milk reception activity and logging.
• Make slurry of milk powder on scanima Mixer for reconstitution
• Standardize the milk bathes according to respective recipes.
