MAINTENANCE ENGR MECHANICAL Converters Pvt Ltd. (Plastic Flexible Packaging)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation of Boilers, Chillers, Pumps, Air Compressor and Cooling towers.
Maintenance of Gravure, Extrusion, Super simplex laminator, Slitters, Pouch making/sealing machines, Boilers, Steam system, Air Compressor , Plumbing lines, Chilling unit, HVAC, Hydraulic and Water Pumps / Motors, Valves, Cooling towers, Generator.
Maintenance of pouch nozzle fitting, cone/lids cutting and cone making machines.
Maintenance of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Steam systems, Electro- pneumatic, Electro-hydraulic valves, all Pumps, pneumatic/hydraulic cylinders and accessories of all machines and utilities.
Errection of pouch making WSD-600B and Super Simplex laminator, Slitters/Rewinders.
Prepare all Preventive and shutdown maintenance projects thoroughly and timely.
To suggest improvement packages and recommend modifications where necessary.
Technical and operational knowledge of hydraulic pneumatic machinery and able to read understand technical drawing of operational, maintenance and spare parts manuals.
Knowledge of all type fabrications.

SENIOR MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR PAF

All schedule / unscheduled, preventive, daily, hourly, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly inspections.
Trouble shooting and maintenance of hydraulic, fuel, pneumatic, brakes, landing gears, controls, structure, environment control, elevation system / components and all related documentation.
Major/minor overhauling, inspections, troubleshooting, testing, repair, maintenance and operation of pumps, actuators, accumulators, electro-mechanical valves, check valves, filters, relief valves, control valves, cooling turbines, pressure switches, pressure regulators, emergency valves and associated equipment.
Well aware of care and uses of all type precision and common tools.
Fully conversant with workshop safety practices.
Maintenance of documents / office records, file management and housekeeping.

QA / QC INCHARGE INSPECTOR PAF

Planning and scheduling of all quality inspections and audits includes (Aircrafts, aerospace equipment, armament, testers, fire appliances, back shops, Vehicles, supply stores, medical unit, admin unit, personnel).
Completion of inspection and audits as per planning.
Monitoring and verification of QA and audit reports.
Monitoring of time compliance technical orders on all aircrafts.
Monitoring and analyzing QA trends.
Liaison with flying squadron and units for scheduled inspections.
Planning of monthly QA meeting.
Maintenance of office records and file management, maintenance of inventory / housekeeping and report writing for C E O.
