Coordinate & look after with all SC parts executive regarding pending complaints and arrange the availability of parts not available.
Follow-up regarding material indents (PR) & PO and coordinates with vendors for material delivery schedule.
Arrange in house developed parts along with coordination with R & D, PPC, QC and production supervisor
On weekly basis check and analyze the all concern SC store stock and consumption and generate new purchase requisition as per minimum stock level, in case of emergency according to PNA stock transfer from nearest SC warehouse.
On monthly basis generate salvage report as per parts consumption.
Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists
Collaborate with staff, other departments and decision makers to share information, problem solve, and to clarify management objectives
