Analysis on organization Retail Manpower & manage staff shortage accordingly.Induct Retail Staff Promotion Criteria to engage employees.Heading all HR Operation’s related matter.Liaison with PSDF institute to develop candidate by different training session & induct them in organization to become part of Gourmet Foods.Heading Retail + Head Office Payroll with an average head count of 2500+ employees.
•Working with branch General Manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees. •Screening, shortlisting, interviewing, hiring of employees as necessary by following all HR processes and procedures. • Processing organization payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Create and maintain employee’s payroll record. Calculation wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance and timesheet records. •Organize, maintain and update employees HRIS information as needed. •Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive. •Maintaining overall HR operations of the branch.
• Handling Recruitment & Selection process of both staff & labor by following standard SOP's.
• Maintain and update Employee’s recruitment status.
• Prepare Monthly Hiring Report.
• Maintain RFID details for new joiners of their organizational identification.
• Prepare Resignation & Termination record properly.
• Create and implement the Exit Interview process.
• Handling Employee Final Settlements.
• Drafting and finalizing the appointment letters, job offer letters, termination letters, warning letters and show cause
notices.
• Monitor attendance and leaves record for the managerial and non-managerial staff.
• Dealing with complaints and discipline procedures.
• Monitor and Handling all Staff Facilities Request e.g. Bike, Car, Fuel, Mobile, Sim, Laptop etc.
• Monitor and handling all requests of staff & labors e.g. financial loan/aid and advance salary record.
• Performance Evaluation of employees.
• Create and modify job descriptions within all departments.
