My overall experience comprises of around 4 years. I have been associated with ITS since around one and half year. My job responsibilities are to monitor the network and ISP infrastructure using NMS and MRTG. Troubleshooting and Fault rectification. prior to this i was working with State Bank of Pakistan within Information System and Technology Department (ISTD).my Job Description involves Handeling and Managing Customer Support Helpdesk. CS Helpdesk provides Networks and Systems support for the 14 offices of SBP all over the Pakistan.
Preceding to that I was working with M/s Hyundai Information Technology who are basically acting as a vendor in SBP. During my tenure in Hyundai, SBP offered my job letter. I believe that this is the result of my ability and dedication to my work.
