Scale control / corrosion, Regulates conductivity control, daily operating care, Increases Heat transfer efficiency, Evaporative Condensers, Chillers, Cooling Towers and Steam Boilers.
Ensure the Quality of Process commissioning works Coordinate with Construction Fabrication Follow-up Project Specifications Standards, Troubleshooting and Provide Tool box talks.
Responsibilities for the technical authority and participates in technical audits.
Interface with the Operations facilities, Assist Managers and Technical Authorities.
Supervise the completion status of Pre-Com Commissioning of Utility Process Plant.
Provides support and Operational input including HAZOPS, HAZIDS, deliverables, technical notes, PID, PFD and As-built drawing development and Involve process simulations studies.
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with company procedure for quality and health and safety.
Develop Operational procedures, Test Schedules and Preservation Procedures Matrix.
Liaison with design, construction operations team and conduct regular progress meeting with teams.
Work packs Preparation, review equipment and material specification, evaluation Feasibility Studies.
Coordination with Project Management Planning Scheduling and Ensure the Asset Integrity.
Manage site teams, On-Job-Training Program and develops local national work force.
Forecast of Start-Up Assistance, PTR and Assist Final Handover Procedure Documentation.
Supervise Mechanical Completions Verification, Walk-downs, generate punch lists, Interface with EI and QA QC Team and Vendors support.
Resolve Site Technical Queries, Review implement Process SOPs, Resources and Planning Allocation
