 Accompanied with Micro Credit field team to identify the potential areas for loaning
 Accompanied with Micro Credit field to collect the due recover & over dues from the clients
 Travel to field for group formation and fill the loan appraisal forms of groups
 Accompanied with Branch Manager during the re-appraisal of groups before the disbursement
 Facilitate to communities during the meetings with Micro staff /Management for loan
 Identification of new potential areas and form the CBOs & youth groups
 Preparation of weekly/monthly works work plans and reports to supervisors.
 To ensure the setting, stationery & necessary arrangement before start the event

 Establish initial contact with community regarding the introduction of the organization in brief as well as project importance.
 Collect necessary baseline information about the villages and target community
 To motivate and encourage potential community leaders to advocate and promote the project in their community and ensure their participation.
 Mobilize the community organizations Management Committees for smooth implementation of the project activities.
 Support the collection and documentation of impact and success stories on monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annually.
 Monitor the project activities and proper implementation of project
 Facility the Head Office as well as Donor team during the visit of field areas
 Create awareness among the communities through Broad Based Community Meetings.
 Follows all the Management & Development policies and procedures.
 Any other task assigned by supervisor as well as MDF Management
