Establish when needed a new WASH team and/or expand existing teams (recruitment, training, organigram strategy) in coordination with Manager WASH at the head office level.
Define program implementation modalities (targeting criteria, mobilization modalities, local partnerships, participant training curricula, monitoring systems, staff schedules, etc.) in coordination with Manager WASH at head office level
Strong coordination with Local Government Department, Deputy Commissioner Office and DCCN.
Ensure quality and integrity of implementation, including adherence to technical guidelines, administrative systems, and established deadlines. Identify and respond to related staff capacity building priorities.
Develop regular project monitoring that includes participatory methods, program progress, progress toward achieving targets, ability to measure stated indicators, program adherence to a methodology, budget expenditure, etc.
Strong reporting skill is required, prepare internal (daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly and quarterly report) and external reports for donors.

Contribute to the development and implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) plan comprising of key performance indicators at outcome, output, and activities level.
