,,I am the HR professional. I have done my MBA with majors in Human Resource Management from Institute of Management Sciences top fifth ranked business school in Pakistan. Started my HR career as a HR Executive in IT industry and promoted to Assistant Manager and now serving the automotive industry with senior management roles from last 3 years.

⦁ Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
⦁ Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
⦁ Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
⦁ Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
⦁ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
⦁ Communicate with public services when necessary
⦁ Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
⦁ Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Conduct daily field inspections as per assigned schedule;
Conduct pre and post surveys as per assigned schedule;
Complete inspections forms and other documentation as per given instructions;
Collect photographic evidence of crime scene as per given instructions;
Assist field supervisors in surveillance planning;
Attend morning and evening meetings on time and participate in lesson learnt sessions;
Daily report on expenses incurred in the field as per given instructions;
Daily report on progress against assigned targets;
Other tasks as may be assigned by the Line Supervisor/Manager
