• Supervise all the MEP Work received on daily bass from project Supervisor/customer care. Submission of report to the Project supervisor after successful completion of the job.
• Complete site execution work as per schedule time/program provided by the project supervisor.
• Supervise daily site work/activities relating technician and update same to supervisor.
• Tracing all electrical and mechanical faults and troubleshooting, repairing of Chiller Unit, AHU, FCU, Package Unit, Ductable Split, Window Air-condition, and split units.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers or other components. Repair or replace wiring, equipment and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
• Carry out functional test, troubleshoot, and assemble/disassemble tests as required, repair and replace defective parts in motors, screen doors, relays, switches, panel boxes, remote control equipment, gear boxes and other electrical issues.
• Trouble shooting and Maintenance of Electrical Control panel, AHU Control panel, Water Treatment control panel, Water Transfer pump, VFD Control System, HVAC Control panel, Electrical panel, Industrial panel, ATS Panel. UPS Incoming & out Giving voltage & Battery backup time checking.
• Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment such as motors. Earth Testing, Generator testing, and Operating the all HVAC System AHU, CCU System.
• Maintenance & Trouble Shooting of heating and plumbing/drain systems.
• Maintenance & Trouble Shooting of BMS system.

• Supervise all the MEP Work which give report to supervisor by email and update Building Management System, updating work orders in maximo with proper schedule and provided the material to the entire team member and make quotation, schedule.
• Trouble shooting and Maintenance of Electrical Control panel, AHU Control panel, Water Treatment
Control panel, Water Transfer pump, VFD Control System, HVAC Control panel, Electrical panel,
Industrial panel, ATS Panel. UPS Incoming & out Giving voltage & Battery backup time checking.
• Operating, Maintenance & Trouble shooting of BMS System . Monitor in BMS chilled water supply of the chiller going to the load for the FCU,AHU,FAHU,VAV. kitchen exhaust fan, water pump, booster pump. monitoring of equipment operation i.e. Chillers, FAHUs, FCUs, Fans, water pumps Electrical Panel Lighting control system, fire alarm visda system, firefighting system, Excess control system.
• Worked on fire fighting and fire control system in the building.
• Worked on CCTV system in the buildings.
• Worked on Visda system, Inergen system, pre-action system, firefighting system.
• Full understanding of electrical control diagrams of motor control system, chillers, package units etc. Reviewing relevant technical designs and drawings Installation of All Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Alarm and BMS System.
• About the all-day details, get work order from customer care and then update to customer care after completion of the job.
