Home Remittance Cell Telenor (Tameer) Bank as Associate Manager from August 2016 till date;

• Maintaining healthy relationships with MoneyGram, Xpress Money, Valyou & Placid Express to increase the remittance business for Telenor (Tameer) Micro Finance Bank.

• Successfully rollout Xpress Money, MoneyGram, Valyou and Placid Express at all Telenor Bank branches & Telenor Franchises.

• Successfully rollout of Xpress Money & MoneyGram on Telenor Bank integrated system in API module.

• Responsible for increasing remittance transactions for Telenor Bank & Telenor Franchise.

• Responsible for remote payments of Telenor Bank & Telenor Franchise in case of system failure.

• Responsible for looking after business partner/customer complaints and their resolutions.

• Managing all IBFT transactions of remittance for Telenor Bank & doing account repairing with trouble accounts

• Doing reconciliation of all business partners with respects to payments and funding.

• Handling all IT related issues of our integrated system RPS by coordinating with our IT team & working for complete resolution.

• Handling all AML/compliance related queries of Telenor Bank branches & Telenor franchises.


ADC Department Tameer Bank (January 2015- July 2016)

• Handled Benazir Income Support Program project entertaining all Benazir debit card and pin replacement activity, coordinating with TMFB corporate support team Lahore and Backend Team for technical issue, taking appropriate measure in case of fraudulent activity, coordinating with the vendor for BISP card & pin production + personalization subjects, maintaining different MIS .

• I have also worked on “Easy Paisa” Project, in which I co-ordinate with Telenor (Easy Paisa Team) Islamabad & responsible to manage Easy Paisa Cards and resolve their queries, maintain different MIS, Run Easy Paisa ATM card production file on IRIS D.B and export card file as per provided forecast.
