MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES.
• My basic responsibility is to achieve the sales target through distributors, Dealers and Direct Sale.
• To monitor and train the team of SO (Sales Officers) in order to perform their duties successfully.
• Guide SO in planning sales routes effectively by covering all the retail outlets in the assigned territory/zone.
• Identify untapped areas in the assigned territory and guide SO teams to increase retail penetration
• Prepare and submit sales forecast to R.S.M for effective sales planning.
• Primary and secondary sales achievement.
• Distribution stock management. Ensure weekly stock reports to be submitted by all distributors of Zone.
• Making of new distributors where required as per business of company and their supervision.
• Training of distributors, staff, motivation and team work management and their monitoring to achieve given goals.
• Plan and take active part in the events of the region to build brand image and to create additional sales opportunities.
• Plan with Regional Sales Head localized sales promos in areas of low sales performance and low penetration.
• Make regular visits to all the Distributors & Retailers in their respective regions in order to ensure stock availability and market coverage.
• To closely work & monitor the performance of Distributors daily sales, ensuring they are on track with respect to assigned targets in order to ensure achievement of monthly target.
• Hire the new Distributors as per Business requirement.
• Make regular visits in order to sort out distributor’s issues for smooth working.
Sales Planning:-
Guide RSO in planning sales routes effectively by covering all the retail outlets in the assigned territory/zone.
Identify un tapped areas in the assigned territory and guide RSO teams to increase retail penetration
Prepare and submit sales forecast to RSM for Sims & Recharge on daily / weekly / monthly / basis for effective sales planning
Plan and take active part in the events of the region to build brand image and to create additional sales opportunities
Plan with Regional Sales Head localized sales promos in areas of low sales performance and low network utilization.
Operational:-
To ensure effective implementation of company polices & SOP’s at franchise, distributors and retail level and report for necessary action in cases of Non-Compliance
Develop an atmosphere which is fit for healthy business relations with all franchises, distributors and trade
To ensure that the Franchise and Retailers have sufficient POS material at all times.
Secondary Sales Execution:-
Make regular visits to all the Franchises & Retailers in their respective regions in order to ensure stock availability and market coverage.
To closely work & monitor the performance of Franchises daily sales, ensuring they are on track with respect to assigned targets in order to ensure achievement of monthly target.
To get from Regional Sales Head every month areas with low network utilization based on Engineering KPI’s.
General Objectives of the Job:-
To boost up the SIM & ML sales of the assigned franchisee..
To gather Market Intelligence information on regular basis.
To ensure availability & visibility of the product on all active retail outlets in the region.

Distributor wise report is verified to check the progress on monthly basis.
