Warehouse Executive
• Responsible for efficiently and effective managing and reconciliation of all inventories (Finish Goods and raw Material related items).
• Efficient utilization of available resources in warehousing department.
• Provide support to Warehouse Manager in managing & supervising warehouse operations.
• Supervise trucks loading and logistics, scheduling and monitoring of stocks delivery by all delivery trucks including their activities on a daily basis.
• Daily monitoring of hand over of products from production and placing according to date wise.
• Ensuring daily achieving targets of dispatches.
• Ensuring of the exact weight of recipe for production department.
• Ensure proper office record maintaining and keeping with date for Internal and External Audits.
• Working on business planning (Budgeting) and warehouse K Pi's
• Responsible to monitor receiving, stacking, placing identification tag, and issuance
of materials.
• Coordinate with customers and branches for their requirements.
• Ability to work as a team member to set and meet objectives.
