Sr. SQA Engineer and Business Analyst
Responsibilities as Sr. Business Analyst
• Translate complex analytics into clear, concise actionable workflows
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance team integration
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team stakeholders.
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team stakeholders.
• Efficient Requirement Management
• Perform and monitor quality assurance
• Prepare DFDs, wireframes, functional specification documents and user manuals on the basis of BRS.
Responsibilities as Sr. SQA Engineer
• Responsible for the review of Requirements & Business Specification Documents and to Identify gaps and non-compliance in the documents.
• Test Planning, Scheduling & Estimations.
• Development & execution of Test Cases, creation the Traceability Matrix based on the Software Requirements & Functional Specification Documents.
• Responsible for the creation of tags, compilation & deployment of builds from scratch. Execution of smoke/sanity test before QA folks jumps into the testing.
• Responsible for Functional and Regression testing using Automation Tools.
• Identify, analyze the nature and probable causes of the bugs and track detail oriented defects & problems in the Software Applications.
• Perform detailed oriented Integration testing to expose defects in the interfaces and in the interactions between integrated components or systems.
• Responsible for the preparation of Release Notes & Deployment Guide.
Software Quality Assurance Engineer
• Managing Quality Assurance & Process Improvement for multiple projects.
• Implementation of CMMI L2 & Agile Processes.
• Ensure/enforce the processes defined in the Organizational/Project Configuration Management Plan.
• Collecting & Recording evidences in PIIDs (Practice Implementation Indicator Descriptions) for CMMI Level2 SCAMPI appraisal.
• Creates and maintain projects directory structure in Visual Source Safe as per requirement for a particular project and Configuration control through access rights management.
• Building, Leading & mentoring QA Team.
• Working with Test Planning, Test Scope & Estimations, Test monitoring, Execution, Closure and Roll out.
• Test Management Tools: Testlink, JIRA, Pivotal Tracker, QC and Redmine.
• Manual & Automated Testing of HIPAA compliant web and mobile apps.
• Automated Testing using Appium, Robotium, Selendroid and Selenium WebDriver.
