Planned, implemented and executed emergency programs in Sindh: Multipurpose Cash Assistance MPCA, medical camps, child and women protection safe spaces, distribution of NFIs, camp management through different modalities and approaches in flood eight affected districts of Sindh province; Rehabilitated 08 government health facilities in close coordination with Director General DG Health Sindh and District Health Officer DHOs in five districts of flood affected areas in Sindh province; Provided technical assistance to the Implementing Partner IPs organizations in implementation of the response projects ensuring alignment with IRC programming approaches and principles with in time bound; Supported program technical specialists to ensure programmes are of high quality and have direct positive impact on communities affected by crises; Prepared quality reports and updates for different stakeholders; provided technical support to run operational and program  functions (finance, HR, logistics); through guidance from the in-country security manager monitor local security situation, develop appropriate security guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) smoothly; coordinated mobilization of financial resources/cash flow related to emergency activities; developed appropriate operating budgets for emergency operations; ensured compliance with donor requirements; provided administrative support and supervision to all the IRC emergencies staff in the province; conducted performance appraisals for Emergency Response Team staff and ensure regular feedback and mentoring on individual performance is provided; enhanced  capacity building of partner staff when and as needed; develop/review and approve sitreps on the emergency response and recovery. Recruitment and capacitating WASH field teams and/or expanding existing teams (training, WASH strategy, modalities, and approaches); strategies program implementation modalities (fit for the purpose-targeting criteria, community engagement, local partnerships, WASH training curricula, monitoring systems, staff schedules, etc.) in coordination with the management and field teams; guided the base WASH team in the water, sanitation, and hygiene promotion programming, in broader coordination with relevant stakeholders in particular Education department; developed manuals as well as conducted teachers training on promoting girls education, developed a training  manual, and conducted teachers’ training on improving hygiene and sanitation in their respective schools, defined project implementation modalities and approaches (targeting criteria, mobilization modalities, local partnerships, participant training curricula, monitoring systems, staff schedules, ensured quality and integrity of implementation, including adherence to technical guidelines, administrative systems, and established deadlines; identified and respond to related staff capacity building priorities, developed regular project monitoring mechanism that includes participatory methods, project progress, the effectiveness of organization facilitation, progress toward achieving targets, ability to measure stated indicators, project adherence to methodology, budget expenditure, etc; evaluated the relevance and appropriateness of current and future programming in schools in relation to water, sanitation, and hygiene promotion in the local context; prepared internal and external reports for organization and donors, including expenditure plans and Sit Reps, mainstreaming gender, protection, and DRR in project/program activities; prepared WASH budgeting, developing integrated result frameworks, and multi-sectoral program development with integration of WASH modalities and approaches.
 

Supervised and mentor students\' academic issues related to course selection; and evaluated the progress toward graduation, and career decisions; designed and implement academic calendar for the session/year, guide Instructors in program/course implementation; monitored and advised academic staff on activities such as academic schedule, program/course progress, and program/course plan toward the quality of graduation, design and advised assessments to monitor student progress, recruit, hire, train, and mentored academic/teaching staff; designed and delivered customized training to enhance capacity of teachers to promote quality education; coordinated, and evaluated the activities of academic staff, maintain a soft and hard record of all related data, budget management, progress reports, support in procurement and installation of solar power systems, in four Learning spaces (two schools, one Computer Center, and one college) at Village Muhammad Sadique Memon, district Tando Allahyar, Sindh.

Supervised overall management of projects funded to Implementing Partners (IPs); Planned and implemented food security and livelihood activities: assessment and surveillance interventions monitored Agro-sylvopastorial food security and livelihood interventions in particular kitchen gardening, provided agriculture inputs, water ponds and enhanced the capacity of women in two districts of Sindh; Coordinated with IPs management for reporting carry out field visits to ensure quality of work. Worked closely with administrative staff to ensure discipline, sufficient supplies and availability of project staff at the field sites; Led the development of budgets and activity timelines with grantees, analyzed activity impact, including conducting evaluations in collaboration with M&E staff; facilitated training sessions for technical team and community committees and IPs to develop appropriate beneficiary targeting criteria and mechanisms to ensure the needs of vulnerable groups are met through vulnerability ranking criteria; facilitated in financial management and tracking of project related expenditures.
