• Installation and Erecting of new BMC solvent plant with complete
Preparation and pre-cleaning plant (800 Ton/day).
• Installation and commissioning of 16000 MT Seed Storage silos
• Installation of 5000 MT Meal Warehouse
• Installation of Oiltek (Alfa Laval) Continues Chemical refinery (300 T/day)
• Installation 1800 MT oil tank farm
Major responsibilities:
• Solvent Extraction, PRP unit and Continues chemical refinery commissioning with related Team
• Safety rules implantation to ensure safe operation for human resources and Plant equipment
• Developed daily production report and report to Production Manager
• Manage operational aspects of crushing process to get efficient performance
from entire team of production, maintenance and quality
• Develop SOP's and ensure their implementation to meet company standards
• Planning and implementation of Preventive and predictive maintenance
• Control the utility consumption and losses
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction projects and initiatives

Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality standard of related finished products.
• Reconciliation of plant process data and equipment’s performance 
• Troubleshoot plant issues & implement solutions 
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction projects and initiatives
• Process Hazards Analysis using the HAZOP methodology
