Key responsibilities in current position
1. Procurement/Purchase Management:
• Screening of Material/Service Requisition
• Floating enquiry to the concerned Vendors
• Obtaining quotations, preparing comparison
• Negotiating price, delivery terms with Vendors
• Processing Purchase Order and arranging its approval
• Arranging payment as per terms of payment
• Following with Vendors for timely delivery of materials/services
• Coordinating with existing suppliers (Local and Overseas)
• Developing New Vendors, Sourcing materials and services
• Arranging cash and credit purchase
• Obtaining credit facility from the vendors
2. Material/Service Management:
• Ensuring proper delivery of material/service
• Arranging Spare parts for service of company equipment & machinery
• Arranging timely service of company equipment & machinery
• Maintaining minimum and maximum stock level of fast moving and PPE items
• Carrying physical verification of Inventory
3. Project Material Management:
• Sourcing ARAMCO / Saudi Electricity Company / Saipem approved Vendors
• Obtaining prequalification documents and necessary information from the Vendors
• Obtaining quotations & negotiating with the supplier for the final price& delivery.
• Preparing Purchase Order and arranging its approval
• Arranging inspection of material in coordination with project
• Raising ITP with the vendors & submitting all the necessary documents
(Blank PO, MTC, COC& QC certificate) to ARAMCO for inspection.
• After inspection, close follow up with the supplier for delivery of material.
• Submitting Invoices &Delivery Notes to Finance Department for payment.
4. Assets Management:
• Asset monitoring involves tagging of Assets
• Ensuring proper Asset Transfers from one project to another project.

Work Experience:
Managed relationships with foreign officials and stakeholders across multiple countries
Building ongoing relationships with existing correspondents/associates and agents,
identifying and opening up incremental revenue opportunities
Being able to capture feedback and build relationships with correspondents/associates
and agents, over the phone and in person, if required.
Developing new contacts from within targeted prospects.
Managing and updating the correspondents/associates and agents database with profiling
data.
Managing and updating monetary rates, survey reports and credit ratings etc.
Developing and coordinating revenue profile and correspondents/associates and agents
documents.
Assisting with correspondents/associates and agents reporting – contact reports, status
reports, activity reports etc.
Ensuring correspondents/associates and agents’ requirements as well as compliance with
all regulations and controls as set by the ACE and external regulatory authorities.
Sound knowledge of all aspects of money transfer, currency exchange, general banking,
retail operations and credit operations / deposit and lending products / inspection and
audit requirements, as applicable.
Efficiently refer business opportunities to Relationship Manager and follow up on results.
Preparing staff handbooks, notices, letters, Inter-office memos.
Perform other duties as assigned
Work Experience:
In charge of a designated area (which covers several cities) as well as the daily management and
supervision of 36 staff members. Responsible for making regular visits to Franchises to ensure
high levels staff performance, sales growth and revenue and achieve the monthly revenue target
given by the company to Franchises.
