Key Responsibilities:
Ø  Develop and Monitor HSE Plan implemented in true and letter and spirit.
Ø  Implement all the required HSE trainings on work place.
Ø  Develop and Ensure QHSE Training Matrix is up to date and implement at i.e. training conducted of all staff per matrix.
Ø  Provide HSE induction and orientation to all new employees & visitors.
Ø  Conducting Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Mock Drills as per Procedure and reporting.
Ø  Inspection of all HSE facilities and firefighting tools like fire extinguisher, hydrants, Hose reel and equipment’s available at site etc.
Ø  Investigation of accident incident and near mess etc.
Ø  Conduct toolbox meeting, weekly HSE meeting and daily Departmental HSE meetings all HSE Quarterly meetings to provide HSE input and feedback.
Ø  Ensure HSE Documents and data are controlled and those amendments are tracked to the management system.
Ø  Conduct the internal audit and participate in external audit.
Ø  Monitor PWT, check work in progress and work permits to ensure proper filling up and closing of permits.
Ø  Participate in all Pre-job planning activities for high exposure potential operation like crane lifting, confined space etc.
Ø  Carry out, maintain and review the Risk assessments throughout activities and operations.
Ø  Pre-Job Inspection of high risk activities like cranes, forklift, work at height and hot work  like Welding operation at construction site of Al-Rajhi Bank.
Ø  To prepare weekly and monthly HSE Statistics and KPI and send to HSE Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Conducting Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Safety Drills as per Procedure.
Ø  Review the Risk Assessments of activities in order to identify hazards related to particular task.
Ø  Investigation of accident incident and near mess etc.
Ø  Conduct toolbox meeting, weekly and Quarterly departmental HSE meetings to provide HSE input and feedback.
Ø  To assist HSE manager in Budget Management for operational and capital expenditure.
Ø  Inspection of all firefighting tools like fire extinguisher, hydrants, Hose reel and equipment’s available at site etc.
Ø  Ensuring safe procedures are adopted when doing Hydro Testing.
Ø  Participate in safety promotions, campaigns, seminars and courses when required.
Ø  Monitor work permit system, check work in progress and work permits to ensure proper filling up and closing of permits.
Ø  Ensure all the Documents and data related to HSE are controlled.
Ø  Pre-Job Inspection of high risk activities like lifting operation through mobile crane, work at height and hot work  i.e. Welding & Gas cutting at the construction site of Pakistan Refinery Limited (PRL).
Prepare weekly and monthly HSE report and submit to HSE Manager

Ø  Prepare Checklists and accident incidents reports.
Ø  To develop HSE procedure, work instructions and method statements.
To give weekly and monthly HSE report to higher management.
