d. Succession Planning and Performance Management:
Evaluating Performance based on a blend of 360.
Evaluation and critical incident recording method.
Identification of key position and successors, development of strategy for succession and career paths.
Conducting periodic meetings of Performance Review Board comprise of HRM, HoD and GM.

Conducting TNAs, suggesting trainings, Implementing Performance Enhancement System.
