概要

I hold one year post graduate certificate in accounting from institute of cost and management accountant of Pakistan, i did BSc (Math, Physics, Chemistry) from Karachi university. At present i complete my MBA Executive (Supply Chain) from Federal Urdu University Of Arts, Science and Technology. I started my career with Professional Plus (Audit & Accounts Consultancy Firm) in 2011 as Accounts & HR Officer. After 1.5 year they deputed to me to their client "The Riding Hood Bakery and Cafe" as accounts/admin inventory & Procurement Officer. I resigned from Professional Plus in 2013 and move to Salim Winding Works (Candle Embroidery Thread), as Store officer after one year i got position of Inventory Control & Procurement Manager. Specialties: I have been in Accounts/Admin HR, Inventory/warehouse and Procurement in my career and possess over 7 years of experience.

Reporting to the Director, present weekly report on excess/short inventory items at store, lubricant, and chemical godown. Meeting with sales managers/vendor representatives, reviewing quotations, bargaining best quality product in given price while involving multiple vendors for fair competition. Proactively monitor material requirements and ensure timely requisition for nonstop production. Generate timely purchase orders, deal with cash/credit items and keep meticulous eyes on the quality of the items received. Follow up with vendors on purchased items, ensuring adherence to timeline and delivery schedule. Liaison with accounts/billing for release of payments to vendors against PO. Promote self-sustainability and zero waste by utilizing and reutilizing available resources to the max. Prepare costing of inventory in hand vs. issued for each department per month basis. Audit purchase and reordering sheets on daily basis, maintaining weekly/monthly delta. Coordination with workshops on day to day basis, handling operational queries, ensuring proper stacking/tagging of frequently sold items. Sustain steady streams of supply and demand by vigilant tracking and maintaining fair stock of items in inventory. Educate colleagues/junior staffs about item requisition, purchase order, inventory management, accounting tools on newly developed system. Track missing items in inventory software, coordinate with relevant team for earliest enrolment. Inspect GRN and follow up with supervisors on received goods, enforcing their timely unloading, unpacking and release. Look after other administrative tasks, for instance, keeping record of office maintenance, water tanker supply, security cameras, office vehicles and utility bills etc.
