Currently working as Assistant Manager in Nauru's Private Limited and having 1.5 years experience in Production and in Maintenance department job Responsibility including
To control Maintenance in Blow Molding Machines,Filling Machines,Shrink Machines etc.Work on Loss Tree in which we calculate loss time,which effect our production.Held daily maintenance meeting with Supervisor to assign tasks to workers.Implementing 5S technique to reduce maintenance time during Production.Work on TPM (total productive maintenance) to achieve maximum Production percentage through employee involvement.Plan training schedule for Maintenance depart for increasing workers capability month wise.

Production Experience including:

• Ensure the SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) of different working procedure to make good quality products and minimize time loss and loss time injury (LTI).
• ISO quality standard to ensure that, material, product, process and service are more reliable and documented also held QMI meeting on weekly basis.
• To closely monitor unsafe act unsafe condition (UAUC) and nearmiss in the department to provide safe working environment.
• Plan training schedule for increasing Staff skills and fill there capability chart quarterly.
• Work on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) to achieve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) through employee involvement.
• Work on decreasing M.T.T.R (Mean Time to Repair) and increasing M.T.B.F (Mean Time between Failures).
• Implement Hourly Production and Rejection Sheets to meet quality standards and achieve production targets.
• Identify the losses by Loss Tree and work on Pareto Chart with 80/20.
