Accomplishments:
I have obtained and communicate, internally and externally, all necessary information to ensure correct measures are in place are met
Build a proper system to calculate forward orders to meet production schedules and accommodate supplier and shipping lead times
I have fully commanded regarding quotations, purchase orders and invoices in line with customer to fulfill order requirements
I have developed successfully relationships with company exporters, suppliers, clearing agent, transporters, shipping line, freight forwarder, government officials, customs etc.
I am so reliable to perform section leader role in the absence of Head Imports
Maintained records of all files ensuring they are charged and billed correctly in accordance with procedures provided by management (Daily Imports Report, Fund Report, Reconciliation of Party Ledgers, and all imports records)
I review sale contract, proforma invoice, registration certificate, create Purchase requisition and operate LC/Contract/TT, and label draft & make sure timely shipment (By air, by See by courier by train) arrange all internal & External Import Documentation (BL/ RR / AWB, CI, PL, COA, PSIC, LOA, TR, FTA, CO, PYTO, LC request, DPP Undertaking, reply to all objection letters issued by DPP, shipping line, exporter and custom department, and also having knowledge about custom clearance thorough WEBOC etc..
I update to Top Management about all imports through Import Report (Clearing/ In transit/ To be ship/LC to be operate/ To be manage) and Fund Report it relate with import payments (duty Taxes, Bank payments (LC Margin, Final Payment, D/A contract payments)
Site visit within city and out of city for inspection and custom clearance of import consignments, I had a lot of meetings with company guest (local and foreigners) which give confidence to negotiation, communicate confidently with, foreigners, clearing agents, indenters, transporters, to know current issue and for business deal regarding cost cutting
