Documentation Responsibilities:
 Make on daily basis work permit for work at height, General Work permit,
 Assign daily work to all foremen.
 Prepare Daily progress report and send to Manager and Site Engineer.
 Maintain Record of Issue material, installed material, and balance material on each sites.
 Prepare Material Demand on daily basis.

Project and Responsibilities:
 Maintenance all kind of Electrical work ,SMDB,DB,lighting,Control panels,including Fire Alarm System maintenance,P.A System,CCTV,Emergency lighting system,Domestic Water Pumps,Fire fighting system,
 HVAC System & Network maintenance like a FCU, FAHU, AHU, SEF, SWPF, GEF,TEF & Garbage Chute system.
 Monitoring and Operating of York Chillers.
 Monitoring, Operating and maintenance of VFD control panel for CHW secondary pumps,
 Operating and Maintenance of Parkin Generator.
 Operating and monitor the CCTV camera system.
Documentation Responsibilities:
 Prepare daily activity reports, weekly and monthly reports.
 Preparation daily work order for Technicians.
 Checked Daily log sheets for chillers,Secondary pumps and VFD panels.
 Prepare the schedule Equipment maintenance and checklist service reports ( weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly)
 Prepare the Material inventory on daily basis for installation and maintenance.
 Daily Work report to Mall Engineer and company site Engineer.

 Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) System Project #G-3923.
 Data Collecting through HHU (PDA).
 Installation of Latest State of the Art Electricity Meter, Metering Project Contract with Abu Dhabi
Water and Electric Authority (ADWEA) and End User of the Project are Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC) and Al Ain Distribution Company (AADC).
 Monitoring the Energy and Water meter readings at the ADT server and carry out the maintenance works as and when required.
 Repairing of CPU, PLC, Euridis, RS485, M-Bus Modules System
 Responsible of Modules and Material Inventory in Workshop/warehouse.
 Testing of the Modules, Troubleshooting, fault identification, through PDA Multi Meter and oscilloscope.
 Installation of RTU in Substation with RF Repeater Modules, Installation of RF Modules for a Water and AC, RTM for Energy Meter, Installation of Digital Energy Meter, with PLC and CPU Modules.
 Project #G-4807 Installed and Supervise Digital Electric &Water Meter Installation and Maintenance.
 Configuring optical probes and data cables to make the connection between Laptop and meter.
 Solving the technical problems associated with data retrieving software and laptop.
 Providing the solution for communication problems between modules, PLC and CPU.
