My basic job responsibilities are creditors invoice verification and reconciliation along with monthly closings and ad hoc management reporting.

• Managing quick books
• Performing month end closings
• Making payments to suppliers
• Sending invoices to customers
• Debtors follow up and their allocations in SAP
• Performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of operations.

• Reconciliation of Western Union funds.
• Reconciliations of all company branches, Franchises and payment booths with each other and with Head office.
• Acting as central point of contact for all branches, customers and Western Union in terms of operations.
• Ensuring smooth running of western union function and resolving any issue that might arise in coordination with western union.
• Preparation for disbursement schedules for branches, franchises and payment booths
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting to SBP
• Authorization of vouchers and entries in the system
• Management and coordination with software provider to resolve software related issues
• Management of overall Western Union operations and identifying and resolving matters relating to these operations
• Management of petty cash.
• Responsible for carrying out day end process and closure of the system at head office.

• Carrying out audit of management accounts
• Assisting management in policy making
• Identifying internal control weaknesses and providing suggestions for improvements
• Audit of different departments
• Carrying out special investigations as when required by the management.
• Ensuring implementations of company policies and procedure
