I have over 31 years experience in administration,Procurement, Finance,Human Resource Management, capacity building, Project Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation. I have also organized a number of Workshops, seminars and Training Courses on various subjects for Parliamentarians, Civil society Members, Skill Development Training courses for FATA Youth and Health Department personnel.I have served International Organizations such as UNICEF, UNDP and World bank Assisted projects. Besides, I have also served in Education sector as well as certain public sector development projects like RAHA FATA, CRP FATA, DERA FATA, MICS FATA/KP HIV/AIDS Control Programme KP.
I have worked at KTH as Manager Accident & Emergencies and my main duties relevant to Clinical and non-clinical staff - their postings, transfer, job rotations, leave, absentees, training, orientation, facilities cleanliness and housekeeping. As a minimum, this will cover office space, furniture, furnishings and office equipment maintenance, safety & security , office building and premises cleanliness , office supplies & other non-clinical supplies, keep close coordination with the maintenance & engineering unit to ensure that all utilities, furniture’s, fixtures and equipment’s in different facilities are in order and well managed.

I have worked as Manager Operations and Finance at NKCC- a category CB Construction Co working with MES, FWO and other government entities where I had to start from the scratch with main challenges I overcame include:
Setting up the system:
· Assist in the development and/or finalization of the project Work Plan and keep it updated in accordance with project activities and time frames as relevant.
· Develop the overall framework, for project M&E including mid-term project review, impact assessment, final evaluation, develop project Performance Monitoring Plan with relevant data collection systems.
· Review the quality of existing data in the project subject areas, the methods of collecting it, and the degree to which it will provide good baseline statistics for impact evaluation.
· Develop baseline data for each project component and for all project indicators.
· Review data submitted by collaborative partners, their existing approaches and management information systems and agree on any required changes, support and resources.
· Develop a plan for project-related capacity-building on M&E and for any computer-based support that may be required.
· Organize and undertake training with collaborating partners on M&E as required.
Implementation of M&E and coordination:
· Collect data on a regular basis to measure achievement against the performance indicators.
· Check data quality with partners.
· Maintain and administer the M&E database; analyse and aggregate findings.
· Support project progress reporting, project mid-term review and final evaluation.
· Identify areas where technical support to project partners is required. Organize refresher training on M&E for partners as required.
· Identify lessons learned and develop case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project.
· Provide advice to the supervisor on improving project performance using M&E findings.
Communication:
· Produce reports on M&E findings and prepare presentations based on M&E data as required.
· Provide the Managing Partners with management information they may require.
· Check that monitoring data are discussed in Board of Directors meetings in a timely fashion in terms of implications for future action.
· Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Partners
Operations & Finance
· Logistics, Administrative and Security arrangements, Maintenance of Project Asset,
· Attending Bid Conferences with MES, FWO, NHA and C&W Departments etc.
· Preparation and Submission of Bids and their follow up.
· Maintenance of financial record at all sites for on the spot verification
· Preparation of official contracts and correspondence with suppliers/contractors,
· Maintenance of Vehicles, machinery & equipment by keeping record of warranties/guarantee/after sale services.
· Work supervision of all projects spreading over entire KPK and some parts of ICT/ Punjab.
Staff Training
· Chalked out a Training module for imparting necessary training to Company’s staff on Finance, Record Keeping, Book Keeping and MB management.
