Responsibilities:
* Execute routine and turnaround maintenance on the electrical and Instrumentation system of F.M.C.G production lines for biscuits, cookies and wafers i.e. SimonViscar , Imaforni , DfeMeincke , Gocmen, Caotech & Assted.
* Maintenance and troubleshooting of different types of horizontal, vertical dough and cream mixers.
* Maintenance and troubleshooting of chocolate injector i.e Comas.
* Maintenance and troubleshooting of different types of food bagging and packing machine i.e. Fushan, Pampacific, Simionato, S.I.G, TB-280, TB-350, FWL and Dynamic.
* Maintenance and troubleshooting of different types of FPE biscuit sandwiching machine Tonneli and Universal.
* Prepare backups and Images HMI and PLC programs Troubleshooting and installation of S5/S7 Siemens.
* Deal with parameterization and commissioning of various VFD’s i.eSiemens, Danfoss, Yaskawa, Omron, ABB, Panasonic and LG.
* Preventive and breakdown maintenance of weishaupt (WG 20, 30, GL1/1-E) Ovens burners.
* Maintenance and calibration of metal detectors i.e. Mate30+ and Safe line.
