Major Job Responsibilities.
- Enter financial transactions, such as sales, expenses, invoices, and payments, into accounting QBO software.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
- Regularly reconcile financial records to ensure that they match with bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial statements.
- Prepare & send out invoices to Donors
- Generate financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets, on a regular basis to provide insights into the company's financial health.
Major Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for the monthly close as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers including monthly review of all account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Preparation of all financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows, as well as the year-end financial reports
- Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets; provide corrective action recommendations to management, where necessary.
- Prepare tax schedules and coordinate tax work papers for tax group.
- Ensure completion and review of all balance sheet reconciliations and identify and communicate findings.

- Book Keeping and Making NTR.
- Coordination with Client and Canada Revenue Agency on behalf of Client.
- Preparing and Handling Client Portfolio and update Client Portfolio in Company Software.
- Handling In House Accounting.
