Sound understanding of VMware Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) solution design and implementation within the IT architecture.
Hands-on experience with VMware’s products (e.g. VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, NSX, vCloud Director, vCloud Availability).
Maintaining and troubleshooting live production network services in the event of outage, performance, or functionality issues.
• Management of Customers collocated network devices including Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Mikrotik, Fortigate.

Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
 Successfully managing south level services as TAC engineer at level 2 and designing external network and capacity planning; ensuring accomplishment of internal targets for projects, maintaining service level within least time

 Migrated traditional PABX to IP based infrastructure, load balanced application in Data-Centre environment using BIG-IP F5 application delivery controller platform; upgraded Wi-Fi solution & planned multi-vendor services structure
