As a department Head, leading the team of professional Engineers and managing the activities related to installation & commissioning of Diesel Generators ranging from 10 KVA to 1250KVA.
Conduct installation & load estimation survey of generators ranging from 12KVA to 1250KVA. 
Studied BOQ, tender document, tender drawings, design reports and technical specification that result in the selection of high quality and cost effective equipment. 
Planning and implementation of the project, manage project budget, plan and schedule project timelines, constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders and assist in punch list clearance.
Responsible for handing over the project to the client and make arrangements for the commissioning of the equipment.
Maintaining proper records of all visits, installation, commissioning reports and correspondences with the customer.
Interacting with contractors and subcontractors on daily basis and assisting in getting approvals, solving issues, achieving timelines, site supervision and quality of work.
Regular follow-up on quotations and proposals submitted with concerned prospects/Clients.
Providing technical support to the customers and making courtesy visits/calls to the customers.
All types of maintenance/service of generators ranging from 12KVA to 1250KVA.
Staying connected with customers through emails, telephone calls etc.
Coordinate with all the suppliers for appropriate delivery of materials keeping the view not to delay project.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
