HR DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure HR Policy and procedures are implementing in well manner.
To ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.
To initiate, and coordinate the hiring process as per the required.
To ensure the maintenance of personal records of all the project employees.
To organize Orientation sessions of new Core staff and project employees.
To develop and implement staff training programs.
To guide/orient project staff on HR policies and procedures.
To ensure Performance evaluation of the project staff.
To monitor staff morale and potential staff relations issues.
To ensure the establishment and maintenance of accurate personnel records.
To prepare final settlements of the project staff at the time of project completion or resignation.
Ensure that staff maintains meeting minutes daily basis.
Maintain staff records and documentation as per HR policy.
File management, personnel files and recruitment files etc.
Keep an eye on leave and absence records.
Overall office security and maintains.
Involve in purchasing and procurement process.
Provide assistance arrangements for in making logistic training's/workshop, including booking the meeting hall, hotel accommodation for the participants, meals, tea break, ensuring necessary equipment’s and stationery are available for the meeting.
Provide assistance in getting quotations in compliance with organization procurement policy and finance requirements as needed.
Process and keep record of bills (Electricity, Telephone, TCS, Gas, and internet) etc
