Nutritionist
• Evaluates the nutritional status of patients by reviewing pertinent information obtained from the electronic medical record and the interdisciplinary health care team. Applies knowledge of nutrition screening and assessment to specific patient populations to determine their nutritional needs

District Monitoring officer(Nutrition)
• S/He will be responsible for designing and preparing of manual for training, leaf let/brushers on nutrition and food security for beneficiaries in Sindhi.
• S/He will be responsible to be in coordination with other agencies for proper referral of beneficiaries for humanitarian services.
• S/He will be responsible for the training/orientation of all field staff in the mentioned district of south Sindh.
• S/He will be responsible for planning and reporting of training activities to immediate supervisor.
• S/He will establish linkages with other organizations working in the sector and represent Acted in all local level nutrition working group meetings and other relevant activities such as assessments, training, monitoring, etc.
• S/He will have to deliver simple messages for the prevention of malnutrition and attainment of good health and nutritional status.

Nutrition Assistant/Officer
• Awareness rising session with community on the consequences of a deficiency in nutrients in the body and orientation on types of under nutrition, like acute malnutrition (wasting and bilateral pitting oedema), Underweight (combined measurement of stunting and wasting) and Micronutrient deficiencies.
• MUAC the children for screening in the community
• MUAC for admission to CMAM (with presence of bilateral pitting oedema, with WFH optional)
• Facilitation to the care taker regarding rehabilitation of children with medical complications.
• Maintaining record of medicine supply and distribution to the health facilities and stabilization centre.
