With over 15 years in human resource management and administration.
I currently serve as the Head of HR Administration at the Citizens Archive of Pakistan (CAP). In this role, I lead HR restructuring, recruitment, policy development, and coordinate with the Government of Punjab on operational and legal matters. Notably, I have upgraded the HR manual, developed new policies, and streamlined government funding issues.

I was hired at Frontier Ceramics to Establish HR department in the light of Pakistan Labor Laws. I did following duties at Frontier Ceramics Company:-
